After working for larger corporations which did not suit their moral code or family lifestyle, Matthew and Alan decided to form PluggedIn Electrical with a foundation of family values and integrity. As a family owned and operated company, their mission is to complete electrical work professionally and build positive relationships with customers. PluggedIn Electrical is committed to giving honest upfront pricing without surprises and offering solutions without high pressure sales tactics. Your electrical work will always be supervised by a licensed electrician, who is dedicated to making sure your experience is great from start to finish. With over 25 years of experience, the PluggedIn team can be trusted to show up, finish the job right the first time, and treat each customer with care that extends beyond the job.

Matthew
Matthew

Son, Husband, Father, Friend, Businessman, and Master Electrician, Matthew has many roles, but the core of who he is remains the same. Matthew started his own business as a way to do what he loves without compromising his integrity. His father encouraged him to always do the right thing no matter what and his inspiration stays with him to this day. Matthew has built his business to give his team the same opportunity to love what they do in a positive and principled environment. Above all else, Matthew wants his own family to never doubt that he is a good, hardworking man who does the right thing even when it is unpopular.

When he is not working to build the business, Matthew can be found training for his next triathlon and spending time with his family.

 

Alan
Alan

Alan is a family man first and foremost. Alan started PluggedIn to stay true to his moral compass and keep his family as his top priority. Alan's empathy, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial spirit guide the company and keep their foundation grounded. Alan went to school for management and is a Master Electrician so balancing his role as electrician and businessman has come naturally. His vision for the company has always been to deliver excellent work and do right by their customers. He finds a great job in being able to create a business that allows his team to provide for and focus on their families.

Outside of the job, Alan is always on the move--training for triathlons, coaching softball, playing sports with his kids, and spending time with his family.
