We had a potential wiring issue, and Plugged In was very responsive and sent someone very quickly. Bryan worked diligently, checking every possible problem inside the house and in the crawl space. He worked until he found the problem and made sure we were safe going into the weekend. We will definitely call Plugged In the next time we need electrical services.
Great service and great communication from start to finish. We accidentally drilled into our main 220 power line in the house (scary moment), and thankfully no one was hurt or electrocuted. Plugged In Electrical truly saved the day.
They came out quickly to give us a quote, and that same afternoon Bryan showed up to do the repair. He had everything fixed in no time, rerouted the main power line higher in the wall, and made sure the conduit was secure and safe.

I needed several things done at and near my main panel; a few repairs and one upgrade (a new dedicated circuit near the panel). Bryan came by to give me a quote. I already had materials and to my surprise he completed the entire job right then and there within an hour. Well worth the money and Bryan was very friendly.
They did a fantastic job running several new outlets for me in and outside of my home. They were efficient and their work was very clean. I was a little worried about how the outdoor outlets would turn out since they were going through siding, but they all turned out great. They made sure things were done right and that I was happy with everything before they left. I would recommend them for any electrical work.
I had an electrical emergency when I had a contactor came to do some work at my home. Plugged In came ASAP to trouble shoot and discovered I had loose connections due to the vibration of the power tools being used. They replaced my outlets, so I could put on the Christmas lights again:) They also double checked that my wires had proper current and no punctures in the wall. Plugged in Electrical did an outstanding job for me on a hot day when my HVAC repairman discovered a wire that was shorting out after a lightening strike. Our air conditioning was turned off and we were getting hot fast. They came right over within an hour and helped us get back up and running as usual.
We had an issue with our in-ground pool being electrified and Plugged In had the expertise to assess the issue since the power company hadn't been able to find the cause of problem. They did extensive testing and troubleshooting based on the symptoms we were experiencing, and helped us to prepare our case to the power company that the issue was indeed on the power company's end.
