I had an electrical emergency when I had a contactor came to do some work at my home. Plugged In came ASAP to trouble shoot and discovered I had loose connections due to the vibration of the power tools being used. They replaced my outlets, so I could put on the Christmas lights again:) They also double checked that my wires had proper current and no punctures in the wall. I'm grateful to have power restored and to be able to sleep at night. Thanks for taking the time to trouble shoot a dangerous situation.

They quickly took care of things I’d put off getting fixed for 2 years!
Plugged in Electrical did an outstanding job for me on a hot day when my HVAC repairman discovered a wire that was shorting out after a lightening strike. Our air conditioning was turned off and we were getting hot fast. They came right over within an hour and helped us get back up and running as usual.
We had an issue with our in-ground pool being electrified and Plugged In had the expertise to assess the issue since the power company hadn't been able to find the cause of problem. They did extensive testing and troubleshooting based on the symptoms we were experiencing, and helped us to prepare our case to the power company that the issue was indeed on the power company's end.
We called Plugged In Electrical for a small electrical house fire that occurred. Alan and Matthew came out to assess the damage. They showed up on time looked everything over very thoroughly, replaced the disconnect to the water heater (where the fire occurred) inspected the rest of the home and found multiple things that were obviously done by someone who was not a licensed electrician. We’ve had a very hard last 8 months and the fire was the straw that broke the camels back. Matthew and Alan could clearly see I was broken an prayed over me. It meant a lot to me, more than they knew. We have a lot of things that are going to need fixing and we will definitely be trusting them to get it all done to code. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest company!
