We had a fantastic experience with this company today. From the owners, Matthew and Alan, to the technicians Dylan and Brian, everyone was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing the job right.
Dylan and Brian were extremely thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the work being done really stood out.
It's refreshing to work with a company that values both quality workmanship and customer service. And perhaps the most important endorsement of all... our dog, Dougie, approved of them too! Highly recommend.
Alan + Matthew with Plugged Electrical did an excellent job reinstalling our power connector after a fallen tree pulled it away from our house. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was safely and properly secured. During a stressful situation, Alan made the repair process straightforward and gave us real peace of mind. I highly recommend Alan and Plugged Electrical for dependable, high-quality electrical work.
Plugged in Electrical Service did a wonderful job adding the electrical wiring, switch and installing a pair of sconce lights on our family room wall. This our second time using them as they continue to provide excellent service. The quality of their work OUTSTANDING. We will continue to use them for all our electrical service needs.
The two men worked quickly and efficiently replacing the main electrical panel on the home as well as making some repairs to a separate electrical panel in the garage. They left the work area clean and completed the repairs in a reasonable time frame. They also relabeled the electrical panel. They also replaced a defective GCFI outlet.
We had a wonderful experience with Matthew and his business partner from Plugged In Electrical. From the moment they arrived, they treated us like family. They were kind, respectful, and even took a moment to pray with us before getting started, which meant a lot.
Their work was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about the people they serve.

We needed a whole home surge protector installed. They were able to come out quickly and install it the same day. Price seemed fair. My only quibble is that I asked to be contacted via text or email, as it's difficult to take personal calls at work, and they initially called. However, it was followed up with an email and I was able to do everything without getting on the phone after that.
I had several outlets not working and I called Plugged in Electrical and they came right away. The guys figured out the problem right away and in no time it was fixed. They were very nice and likable and yes definitely I would use them again. It was very refreshing to have a company fix your problem without trying to upsell you and I will definitely tell my friends about their company
