Visual Home Inspection

Check this photo out, we were performing a visual home inspection on this home and found a breaker tripped in the main electrical panel for the water heater. This home had two water heaters so unbeknownst to the home owner they had a problem brewing. The water heater thermostat and element were shorting out and the wire that controlled them was pinched in the cover and shorting out as well.
